We are happy to take a look at your clock for free and provide an idea of what may be needed to bring it back to the beautiful and reliable piece that it once was. In some cases, a simple cleaning will do the trick. In others, the work may be more extensive. On occasion, a problem, or the real extent of the problem will not be discovered until the clock has been thoroughly cleaned.

• Drop your clock off at Rosie O'Grady's and we will contact you with what we find. or
• Make an appointment for us to meet you at Rosie O'Grady's and we will provide an estimate on the spot. or
• Schedule an On Site Visit (see below) and we can meet you at your home of office to provide an estimate on the spot.

Home or office, we can come out and take a look at your clock.
Minor adjustments can occasionally be made on site. Cleaning and more extensive repairs will require that the clock be transported back to our shop for repair.
In the case of Grandfather and other large clocks, this may entail the removal of the movement vs. transporting the whole clock. Don't panic! This is common and reduces the risk of damage to the clock case. We have a special stand that we use in the shop to hold your movement while testing.
(Please note: This rate applies to the first 45 minutes or less. An additional $10 applies for every 15 minutes thereafter.)

• Movement removal from case
• Treated, heated, ultrasonic bath for movement
• Thorough movement and case inspection*
• Spring replacement if required (premium springs may cost extra)
• Case dusting and wipe down
• Case glass cleaned
• Clock re-assembly
• Clocked timed out (assuming clock ran before cleaning)

*If additional repairs are recommended, we will contact you at this point to explain what we found and to determine what actions (if any) that you would like for us to take. This may include new bushings, gear replacement, etc... We will provide an estimate for the cost of these repairs and materials.

However, because of the wide variance in movement types, complexity and potential difficulty in getting parts, pricing will have to be based on time and materials with an estimate provided before we begin work.

In many cases, we can repair damaged cases, cracked or missing glass and/or "deep clean" your clock case.

Since clock cases can very in size, complexity and extent of damage, pricing will have to be based on time and materials with an estimate provided before we begin work.

This requires an "On Site Visit" service to initially setup and start a new clock.

We are happy to help anyone with their new "heirloom" whether they buy it from us or anyone else. However, when you buy a piece from In Time Clock Repair, we generally provide this initial setup service for FREE!
